UV resistance performance: Generally, it is required that after a certain period of UV aging test (such as 1000 hours, 2000 hours, etc.), the appearance, optical properties, and physical properties of the material change within an acceptable range. For example, in the common QUV ultraviolet aging test, after 1000 hours of irradiation, the color change △ E of the light diffusion plate should not exceed a certain value (usually △ E<5, depending on different applications and customer requirements), the decrease in transmittance should not exceed 10% -20%, and the change in haze should not exceed 5% -10%.
Temperature resistance: The outdoor environment has a wide range of temperature changes, and the light diffusion board needs to be able to maintain stable performance within a temperature range of -40 ℃ -80 ℃ or even wider. At low temperatures, the material does not become brittle or crack, and can still maintain a certain degree of flexibility and impact resistance; At high temperatures, the material should not undergo significant deformation or softening, and there should be no significant decrease in optical and physical properties. For example, after being placed in a high temperature environment of 80 ℃ for 24 hours, the size change rate of the light diffusion plate should be less than 1% -2%, and the mechanical properties such as tensile strength and bending strength should not decrease by more than 10% -20%.
Moisture and heat resistance: Under the combined action of high humidity and high temperature, the light diffusion plate should be able to resist the effects of moisture infiltration and hydrolysis. Usually, it is required to place the material in a humid and hot environment with a relative humidity of 90% -95% and a temperature of 50 ℃ -60 ℃ for a certain period of time (such as 1000 hours). The weight of the material should not increase by more than 1% -2%, and the changes in optical and physical properties should meet the usage requirements, such as a decrease in light transmittance of no more than 10%, and there should be no obvious bubbles or whitening on the surface of the material.
Chemical corrosion resistance: Outdoor light diffusion panels may come into contact with chemical substances such as acid rain, salt spray, and industrial pollutants, and should have a certain degree of chemical corrosion resistance. For example, after being exposed to simulated acid rain (pH value of about 4-5) or salt spray environment for a certain period of time, the material surface has no obvious corrosion marks, the optical and physical properties remain basically stable, the transmittance decreases by no more than 5% -10%, and there is no significant decrease in hardness and wear resistance.
